@yazziibags Are Great For Quilting

As you can probably tell from my recent posts, I’m pretty much obsessed with knitting right now. But that doesn’t mean that I’m not still in love with quilting because I am. I find that as the seasons change and the weather starts getting cooler my mind tends to drift back to fabric, sewing and quilting.

I love having pretty storage devices for all of my quilting supplies too. It just makes it more fun to use the things I love. And I have to tell you, Yazzi Bags are the prettiest I’ve seen in a long time. Not only are they bright & fun colors, but they are completely handmade and very high quality. Each bag is specially designed and created to make our crafting lives easier.  Although all of the Yazzi Bags are awesome, there are a few that I think are particularly perfect for quilters.

yazzii The Mat Board Carrier is a truly fantastic idea! Our cutting mats are big and can tend to be kinda floppy. Storing them in the Mat Board Carrier is a great way to keep them safe and clean. Not to mention the fact that there are also two pockets to store your rotary cutter and spare blades. There are even some awesome handles to help transport everything.

yazziiNow you need something to store all the other bits and pieces you use for quilting and I have the perfect solution……the Yazzii Craft Storage Box! Since it is made of quilted fabric instead of plastic it is much lighter and easier to carry, not to mention prettier! The top is made of clear vinyl so you can peek inside to see everything. And there are an additional four pocket pouches to keep your small supplies like needles, scissors, and thread.

yazziiFinally, if we’re all honest, we would admit that we have a lot of different quilting projects going on at the same time. I will admit I do for sure! I’ve toyed with the idea of being a “monogamous crafter” but I honestly don’t know if I could do it. I like having projects in different stages of the process so that I have a choice of what to work on. Plus, if the truth were to be known, I just really, really, really love starting projects! Anyhow, the Craft Project Holder is a great way to store each of your “works in progress”. It is basically a nice, big, fabric folder with a clear vinyl front which is handy to see what project you are storing in that folder. I need a lot more of these folders!

Be sure to visit Yazzii for all of your bag needs, as well as checking them out on Facebook and Twitter. They are also going to be attending the International Quilt Market in Houston towards the end of October. If you are anywhere near the area, you should go to the quilt show. You’ll see lots of great quilts and be sure to stop by the Yazzii booth to learn more about their awesome products!

Bye,
Lisa
