Hi guys! Sorry I’ve been away for so long. I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year’s! We sure did. My parents came to visit, from Florida, and our daughter was home from college. It was wonderful. Busy, but wonderful too! As you can imagine, I didn’t have much time to blog. I’m sorry! I promise to catch up on everything soon. There are quite a few giveaways that have ended, too, so keep an eye out for winner announcements!
I also have to admit that there is another reason why I haven’t posted much…my new Christmas present. Yep!! I got an iPad 2 and it is absolutely amazing!! I love it. I’ve never owned anything made my Apple so this is my first experience. I am completely impressed. I don’t know how else to put it but that the device just works. All the time. No headaches, no slow running, no crashing. It just works perfectly!
Of course, now that I have this awesome new toy there are a ton of different accessories I absolutely “need”! First up, I need a case or cover of some type. I want to protect my new iPad but also to keep it pretty. I should probably consider a screen protector of some sort too. Maybe a stylus would be good as well. Then there are the separate things like speakers, charging docks, keyboards and so on. Gosh! I could end up spending a lot of money. Lucky for me, I’ve come across an awesome website, Price Grabber, to help me locate the best price for whatever I’m shopping for. I love the convenience!
The other thing I’ve been having fun doing is filling my new iPad with apps. Wow! There are so many to choose from!! I love that I can play games, watch Netflix, HuluPlus and Youtube, read, write in a journal, and so many other things. What are your favorite apps? I’d love to hear what you all love to do with your iPad!

My kids have iPads and we went to the mall and had the Zag protectors put on them. It was expensive, but after a year of wear, my son’s iPad still look great!

Oh, I think the stylus would be #1 for me, but then followed quickly by a case/protector thingie as well.

I love reading on it, browsing the web, sending/receiving emails, playing games, watching Netflix, HuluPlus and Youtube, even blogging (although that is a little easier on my laptop). I absolutely love my iPad!
