I really love my laptop! I don’t know what I’d do if it ever quit working or got a virus I couldn’t fix on my own. That would just be terrible!! Hi, I wanted to warn you about these services. While they have access to your computer, they also have access to all of your files, personal information, etc. They can see more than they let on, and they can steal. Not saying they will, but it is very posssible. I know it sounds wonderful, but I would never let my computer be accessed that way, even if it was a major company–or the manufacturer itself. We did that once with one of our computers, and the person messed things up. Not to mention who knows what information he may have gotten. Anyway, that is my two cents.
