Awesome @FatQuarterShop Giveaway – WW

I am super, super, super excited to tell you about the book that Fat Quarter Shop recently sent me. First off, as you all know, I just love this store so much. They are great to work with and offer such a wonderful variety of fabric and patterns! Okay, on to the awesome book….

Simply Fat Quarters” is a great pattern book by It’s Sew Emma Patterns. As you can tell from the title, the quilts in this book are all made with fat quarters. I love working with precuts and can hardly help myself when I see those beautiful fat quarter stacks in stores and online. So, of course, a book full of beautiful, yet relatively easy, quilts is an exciting prospect for me.

The book includes ten different patterns, each of which vary somewhat in style or difficulty. They are all very pretty though. The directions are very clearly written and easy to follow. But the thing I like the most about “Simply Fat Quarters” is that each pattern includes supply lists and instructions for four different sizes! I love that! I tend to have a difficult time of figuring out how to shrink or increase a pattern. But with this awesome book it isn’t a struggle because everything is already figured out for me.

I can’t wait to make my first quilt from “Simply Fat Quarters”, of course, it’ll probably take me some time just to pick which one I want to start with! And guess what…one lucky A Life Full of Laughter reader is going to win their own copy of this fantastic book. Be sure to visit Fat Quarter Shop as well as their Twitter and Facebook pages.  But first, enter this awesome giveaway! It’s open World Wide too! Good luck & I’d love to see a picture of something you make from the book!

I’m a quilter, so my fat quarters eventually become quilts. Until I cut into them, I put them in baskets and display them in my sewing room which is attached to our living room so lots of people get to appreciate the beauty.
